Orders & Shipping
Orders within Greater Accra are delivered within 1-3 business days. Orders outside Accra take 3-5 business days. We also offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 10 AM on working days in Greater Accra.
Currently, we only ship within Ghana. We are working on expanding our shipping to other countries. Please subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Products
Our body butters are made with pure, unrefined shea butter as the hero ingredient, combined with nourishing botanical oils and carefully selected essential and fragrance oils. Each product is formulated without parabens, sulfates, or artificial colors.
Yes! Our products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind. We use gentle, natural ingredients and offer an unscented option for those with fragrance sensitivities. However, we recommend doing a patch test before full application.
Store your body butter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Our products have a shelf life of 12 months when stored properly. Avoid introducing water into the container to prevent contamination.
Returns & Refunds
Unfortunately we do not allow returns due to the nature of our products.
We do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed, processed, shipped or delivered.
We offer exchanges only when requests are made before the order is shipped or dispatched.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), as well as mobile money payments through our secure payment partner, Paystack.
Absolutely. We use Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never store your payment information on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
