Our founder, Asabea has used shea butter almost her entire life. She deeply understands its unmatched healing power and incredible benefits for the skin. However, she also understood the frustrating truth that many of us know well: traditional shea butter is often thick, heavy, and undeniably greasy.
She set out on a mission to honor the magic of shea butter while completely reinventing its texture. This quest led to countless hours of formulation, blending that rich shea butter with light, nourishing oils, and whipping it until it reached pure, cloud-like perfection.
